Diesel pollution is a gigantic problem and Government authorities are starting to pay close attention. In recent news, The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency expects to levy more fines against out-of-state trucking and bus companies that are operating in the state of California.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency states that a large percentage of the 600k plus out-of-state commercial vehicles do not have diesel filters installed in the vehicles.
